THE PERFECT DAY
These Southcoast MA parents wanted to host the perfect day for their daughter’s wedding—but between coordinating a growing number of vendors with an out-of-town bride-to-be, they needed help. That’s when they called Alainn Events. The Alainn Events team managed the advanced planning with each vendor, the complicated set-up and execution of the ceremony at a picturesque beach club, and the island-themed reception at a historic yacht club. When their youngest daughter announced she was getting married, these Eastbay RI parents promised to give her a “big night” to remember. To deliver on that promise they turned to Alainn Events. The Alainn Events team managed over 20 vendors—including an elegant and elaborate outdoor reception venue—to produce a tightly choreographed evening for over 230 guests. Through qualified vendor selection, design recommendations, complicated event coordination and site set up, Alainn Events helped these parents present the “big night” to remember to their daughter and their guests. Alainn Events made a dream come true.
This NY/NJ couple wanted to host their family and closest friends in a commitment ceremony at their waterfront cottage in Little Compton, RI. However, with each individual running their own thriving small business and the distance between their homes and their event, this was a challenge. That’s when they turned to Alainn Events. The Alainn Events team coordinated the beach front ceremony, the event set-up and timing for all the vendor planning needed to deliver a great party and next day brunch for this out-of-town couple and 130 of their closest friends and family.
A PARTY FOR A PRINCESS
It was a very special birthday for a 4 year old girl—it was all about being a princess. The Alainn Events team built specially themed decorations; creating a “castle” backdrop, fairytale designed games and activities, and delivering a menu fit for royalty. The party was a huge success, making one special princess and 20 of her friends feel as though they had stepped into a fairytale.
With over 200 attendees, Matt worked for almost a year to manage this international technology conference. A specially themed location, over 20 speakers and 10 sponsors, special meals, music and other entertainment made this conference a complex coordination for Matt and his team of event specialists. The team was able to pull off an event that received good reviews and was highly profitable.
SPECIALLY THEMED COMPANY PARTY
This local thriving business was hosting an 50’s-themed party to thank employees and customers for their success. Shay worked to design all the specially themed elements for this convention center party, including special graphics and decorations, helping coordinate the special menu and local period-themed entertainment to delivery a fun “doo-wop” party for over 100 guests.
